We always look for ways to improve the lives of the animals we represent and we take into account all suggestions from volunteers, staff, and adopters. We are working on a way to better serve the community with more responsive and better customer service. On June 25, 2020, DiBernardo, in her role as president of Hi-Tor Animal Care Center, directed the false entry of documents into the shelter's business records related to the intake of 17 animals.
